- Scan plan sizes from A3 to A0, maximum width is 914mm in either colour or black and white
- Scan any width up to 914 with maximum length to 20 mts
- Final file formats available for black and white files are .tif, cals grp4 & .pdf. 200, 300 or 400 DPI available
- Final file formats available for colour files are .tif, .pdf or .jpg. 72, 150, 200, 300, 400 and 600 DPI available
- High-quality files, and colour correction available
- Scan black and white aperture cards. File Formats are .tif or .pdf. 200 or 400 DPI available
- Our document and photo scanning service accepts small to very large scan requests
- We will scan a single plan
- We can e-mail to you or to your client, burn a CD or DVD, or copy to a flash drive
- We can re-name files to reflect the drawing number, then create directory structures for logical and easy retrieval
- We can offer advice with respect to database software and retrieval options
- We offer a service where we can scan revised project drawing/s, convert file to a .pdf, then upload to a nominated consultants FTP site or to a project website.

- With a high-speed document feed scanner, we can offer very competitive rates and a quick turn around

- A document handling and preparation fee applies – the worse the condition of the originals, the slower the process becomes. As we charge a very low per-scan rate, it is necessary to apply a recovery fee for the time taken to prepare the pages for intake by the scanner.
Digital documents can be constructed from a mixture of original types – including black and white, colour, small and wide format – to create a single multi-page document. Charges apply.
